My oldest daughter started dancing at Strictly Rhythm Dance Academy in 1998, the first year of it's current location. My youngest started 5 years later. Both started out as recreational dancers then moved to the competitive team. Some say it takes a village to raise a child - and SRDA is part of our village. Dancing instills many skills in a child; teamwork, friendship, leadership, strength, endurance and commitment. My girls have gained life long friendships and both love their dance family. My eldest daughter is a teacher at Strictly Rhythm now, and my youngest will begin teaching this fall. I bestow a heartfelt thanks to Michelle for pushing, believing in and helping my daughters shine in life and on stage!

Many people ask me "How can you spend so much of your time and money on dance lessons?" My answer is easy. My daughter learns more than just dancing. She learns about discipline, responsibility, hard work, determination, respect, teamwork and accountability. My daughter has made some wonderful friends and so have I. We have been with SRDA family for four years and that is exactly what it is...family. Michelle Clark and her entire staff have provided a fun and nurturing atmosphere for our daughter. I couldn't have asked for a better dance company to be a part of! Looking forward to see what the future has in store.

Both of my girls attend SRDA. They both started when they were 4 and now my oldest is 14. SRDA is more than just dance lessons - they have become amazing friends and family to us. Michelle has a special bond with these kids that makes them feel special. She always pushes them to try their best and knows how to teach them with support, passion, and a love for dance. Michelle and her team at Strictly Rhythm Dance Academy have created such a dynamic and supportive environment. Each dancer is taught and mentored to bring out the best of their abilities. Michelle takes the time to work with each of her students so they can improve year over year. The studio is very welcoming to both the students and the parents. Our daughter has thoroughly enjoyed discovering her passion at SRDA. Michelle and her staff have created a welcoming environment where dance fundamentals are just the beginning. Through dance our daughter has learned the value of dedication and teamwork and we're so pleased with how her time spent at SRDA has helped her is so many aspects of life away from the studio. Michelle is so enthusiastic and energetic and it shows is all her choreography. Strictly Rhythm is an accomplished dance studio with a welcoming atmosphere and wonderful instructors. My daughter's confidence in herself has soared thanks to the teachings and encouragement of Michelle, Stefaney & Kessandra. The days she has dance are her favourite days of the week.

My two daughters have been dancing at Strictly Rhythm since the age of 4. Both now teenagers and on the competitive team, I can not say enough about what a wonderful experience this has been for both of them. Michelle and her teaching staff are absolutely top notch. They not only focus on the steps and the choreography of dance, they focus on the student as a whole. Always encouraging and supportive, Michelle has given my girls the confidence to shine both on the stage and off! Michelle Clark is one of those shiny gems you become amazed by! As the Director of SRDA, Michelle provides her young dancers the opportunity to develop self confidence while also learning life skills and individual attributes in a fun and safe environment. Daily, she supports, encourages, and nurtures each of her dance students to their fullest potential. Her natural creativity and passion for dance reaches the hearts of her students and audiences alike. Michelle has been a beautiful role model for our daughter exemplifying strength, devotion, and resilience...we are truly thankful for her.

Our family first began with SRDA many years ago when my now 16 year old son took a hip hop class at 4 years old. Michelle was so wonderful with the boys and although he didn't continue with dance he still remembers the class fondly. Fast forward a number of years and my 2 daughters now dance at SRDA. One on the competitive team and one recreational. Both girls are treated with respect, encouraged to be themselves, and are given room to grow and discover who they are. Michelle and the teachers at SRDA bend over backwards to encourage the dancers. I never have a problem getting my girls to the studio. The entire community at SRDA, from dancers, to teachers, to Office Coordinator Extraordinaire Marie, and Parents.... everyone I have ever come into contact with at SRDA is amazing. Michelle is an exceptional dance teacher, who not only cares about every dancer, but also every sibling, Mom and Dad that comes through the doors of SRDA. She is always there to support her students, and pushes them to be the best they can be.
